JSTARS Framed Canvas Editions: Pre-Order
Due to the custom aspect of all of our artwork, we have a strict no cancellation policy. All orders are Final and we do not offer Refunds on any commissioned artwork. Each print is done individually, so they are expensive to reproduce. Chargebacks are also extremely harmful to our production. If a dispute is made, we will send the artwork when available and bill for the full fair market value on any disputed purchase.
We do offer studio credit on any purchase in place of refunds. The credit offered will be equal to the purchase price of the original order. We understand that circumstances do arise that make it difficult or not relevant to keep the existing order. In those cases, we will offer a credit.
We will also allow credit for any artwork that is shipped and damaged in transit. Your artwork is insured and will be replaced if damaged or destroyed.
The sizes shown are always approximate. For the JStars prints, they are two different sizes where the Cloud version is more long and narrow. We always publish to the Largest dimension but show as standard sizing. The final size is dependent on the layout. For example, the JStars shows an 18x24 as the medium size. The Tactical version will be closer to that size, but the cloud version will be around 16x24. Either way, it is based on the largest dimension...
